Company Blogging Policies
Sunday, July 25th, 2010

should companies/business establishments start a “no blogging policy” on their employees?
you’ve heard enough of the nadine haobsh blog fiasco and how she got busted from her job as a beauty editor. so it will be no surprise if some companies will start questioning future and current employees if they’re keeping a blog or other online journals on the web. “note: cyberspace won’t keep your secrets safe.”-cosmopolitan magazine (us edition)
Employers are always looking for new ways to can bad employees and not have to pay severence or unemployment.
If an employee is telling corporate secrets, or slamming a business and opening it up to lawsuits from employees, free firing.
Get wise people, the major corporations are already off shoring a percentage of your jobs. Quit giving them excuses to remove even more.
